These terms govern wholesale cooperation with AMIWARE s.r.o. (XPOSE Textil). This website presents company and product information only; it is not an online store and no purchase can be concluded through it.
Offers and orders
Product information published here is indicative. Binding prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and delivery terms are confirmed in an individual written quotation.
Delivery
Deliveries are made across the European Union according to the Incoterms agreed in the quotation. Lead times for private label and OEM production depend on the agreed specification and volume.
Quality and claims
All goods pass pre-shipment inspection. Claims must be reported in writing without undue delay after receipt, with documentation of the defect.
